Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and Amaran LLC("we," "us") and govern your access to and use of DmBot, including the website and application used to configure Instagram automations.

The service

DmBot helps businesses and creators configure Instagram comment-to-DM automations using Instagram Login. You are responsible for the content of your automations, keywords, and reply messages, and for ensuring your use complies with Meta Platform Terms and Instagram policies.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You must use a supported Instagram professional account to connect Instagram.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your DmBot login credentials.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use DmBot for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Send spam or unauthorized marketing messages through automations.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Misrepresent follower status or use features in a misleading way.

Instagram connection

Connecting Instagram requires authorization through Meta. You may disconnect Instagram at any time from the Integrations page. We may suspend automations if your Instagram connection becomes invalid or if Meta revokes access.

Automation delivery

Automation delivery depends on Instagram Platform availability, permissions granted to DmBot, and environment configuration. Some environments, including staging, may process automations without sending live Instagram messages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. By using DmBot, you agree to that policy.

Disclaimer

DmBotis provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amaran LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of DmBot.

Termination

You may stop using DmBot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the service, users, or platform compliance.
